This project began with a story I spent more than twenty years trying to understand.

What happened to my family changed the course of my life. Years later, I finally began writing it down. That story became a book called Two Miracles.

But writing the book did something I never expected.

It made me question what I wanted to do with the rest of my life.

The Question That Changed Everything

Years later, when I began writing Two Miracles, I thought I was simply documenting what had happened to our family.

Instead, writing the book forced me to relive some of the most difficult - and ultimately most meaningful - experiences of my life.

And somewhere in that process, I began asking myself a question:

What should I do with the rest of my life?

Every Life Has a Story Worth Telling

I began to realize that what made our family's story meaningful wasn't that we were special.

It was that we weren't.

Everywhere there are ordinary people facing extraordinary circumstances—illness, loss, love, sacrifice, failure, recovery, second chances, and moments that forever change the direction of their lives.

Most of those stories will never be heard.

I want to help change that.

From Two Miracles to The Two Miracles Project

Two Miracles began as the story of my children.

The Two Miracles Project is what grew from it.

I want to travel, meet people I might otherwise never know, sit down with them, listen, and share stories that deserve to be heard.

Some will be stories of survival. Others may be about love, loss, courage, kindness, second chances, or an extraordinary moment in an otherwise ordinary life.

I don't know whose stories I'll find.

That's part of the journey.
